Okay Ka, Fairy Ko! (1991)

Evil Queen Luka (Tetchie) must meet a quota of wicked dead to regulary feed their guardian dragon or lose her throne to Moynita. Moynita wins the queenship after capturing Aiza. To win her back, the dragon must be killed. Only Enteng, Aiza's father, can save her.
