In the misty hills of Kaattukunnu, an aging woman and her servant boy struggle to survive the ghosts of the past, as the hunt for Kuriachan — a legendary dog breeder and outlaw — blurs the line between myth, memory, and vengeance, revealing that even in absence, he still rules the hills.

Echoing Title: The film's title, 'Eko,' is intentionally a variation of the word "echo," reflecting the movie's structure where different characters with their own histories search for a mysterious man, with their stories echoing through the narrative.
Animal Instincts: 'Eko' is the third and final installment in writer Bahul Ramesh's "Animal Trilogy," following 'Kishkindha Kaandam' (2024) and 'Kerala Crime Files 2' (2025), exploring themes of animal instincts and human morality.
