Interstellar (2014)

TARS was Real: The robot TARS wasn't just CGI; it was a practical puppet controlled by Bill Irwin, who also voiced the character on set. This gave the actors a real-life interaction and added to the film's tangible feel.
Hypothermia on Set: Anne Hathaway suffered from hypothermia while filming scenes on the ice planet in Iceland. Her suit wasn't fully sealed, and the icy water led to a dangerously cold experience.
