After best friends Black and Blue's restaurant is shut down, Black needs to find some cash -- fast. He thinks his luck has turned when Blue's son, Fatboy, and his best friend, Spyda,, bring him a stash of stolen cellphones, and Black decides to sell them on the streets. There's only one problem: The boxes with the phones also contain the Colombian cartel's stash of Molly, which Spyda decides to sell.

Snoop stars as a grocery clerk named Cordé Christopher, a young and magnetic man, subject to keen female interest. OJ cultivates Cordé's 'talent' and shares street knowledge with him, including the Rules of the "Pimping" Game. To some degree OJ treats Corde like a son. The Turkish Passport tells the story of diplomats posted to Turkish embassies and consulates in several European countries, who saved numerous Jews during the Second World War. Whether they pulled them out of camps or took them off trains that were taking them to concentration camps, the diplomats, in the end, ensured that the Jews, who were Turkish citizens, could return to Turkey and thus be saved. Based on the testimonies of witnesses, who traveled to Istanbul to find safety, the Turkish Passport also uses written historical documents and archive footage to tell this story of rescue and bring to light the events of the time.
