And, who realistically, could look back on more Heavy Metal history than Udo Dirkschneider, the legendary founder and frontman of Accept, and now singer with U.D.O.? Dirkschneider's unique voice, his humbleness and consistency of style have made him the fan s favourite. A quarter of a century for U.D.O., and it is time to pop corks all over the world.

U.D.O. - Live in Bulgaria (2021)
U.D.O. return with the upcoming 5th live album of the heavy metal legend. The year 2020 faced many with tough challenges, but U.D.O. managed to play a great show under pandemic conditions in front of the breathtaking backdrop of the amphitheater in Plovdiv/Bulgaria, making it not only one of the world's grandest shows under Corona, but also certainly beyond compare. This is exactly the feeling that the live recording captures: "It is an evening that lets everyone feel for a few hours exactly what only music can convey: to feel like we belong together and be carried away from everyday life and all worries. An evening in which, especially in 2020, it was clear what an important task culture fulfills and what an indescribable gap it leaves behind if it is not allowed to take place. The setlist is more than special: current songs cavort next to unforgotten and rarely performed live rarities together with some Accept classics.

So recording a LIVE DVD to highlight the “Steelhammer” tour was an opportunity the band didn’t want to miss. "Steelhammer - Live from Moscow" was recorded on September 28th, 2013 in the "Arena Hall" in Moscow

Dirkschneider: 40th Anniversary of Balls to the Wall Show - W:O:A 2025 (2025)
Udo Dirkschneider is a rock icon in every sense of the word — over four decades ago he was a founding member of Accept and the creator of legendary classics like “Balls to the Wall” and “Fast as a Shark.” Now he’s celebrating that sound with a special anniversary show that lets the original brilliance of this masterpiece shine in a new light. The “40th Anniversary of Balls to the Wall Show” is about more than nostalgia — it’s a triumph over time itself. With full energy and goosebump-inducing moments, Dirkschneider delivers the band’s anthems as powerfully as he did back then. This is where thunderous metal history meets world-class live performance. When Udo and his band hit the stage at Wacken, you don’t just hear familiar songs — you feel every heartbeat and every lyric that once made entire stadiums shake. Miss it, and you’re not just missing a concert — you’re missing the soundtrack of an era.

The first DVD contains a movie shot by director Ronald Matthes during the tour supporting the release of the album Warrior Soul in 2006; it features also a selection of commented songs from the special concert held at Phillips Halle in Düsseldorf, Germany on 13 December 2003, celebrating 20 years of career of the German singer with many guests, and footage of the party after the show. The second DVD features the full 20th anniversary concert.[1] The double DVD package was also marketed as 20 Years - A Warrior Soul – Winter Edition, with a different cover and the inclusion of a bonus CD

U.D.O.: Nailed to metal (2005)
1. Holy 2. Raiders Of Beyond 3. Midnight Mover 4. Independence Day 5. Metal Eater 6. Winter Dreams 7. Shout It Out 8. Cut Me Out 9. I'm A Rebel This DVD is jam-packed with U.D.O. goodies and the most interesting one is certainly the "Live in Russia" concert recorded in 2001. The overall picture is very average but acceptable (with sometimes some annoying black and white and distorted effects), and the sound is rather surprisingly good for a 2.0 audio mix. However, the footage is limited to only nine tracks - a 45 minutes set list, instead of a full concert. I would have preferred to have an entire gig and fewer extras. Nevertheless, the gig is awesome and it's so great to see U.D.O. perform their songs and the Accept ones so well and accurately.
