Czech Television's crime thriller based on Martin Goffa's novel "The Little Girl" is squeezed into two environments - the interior of a robbed bank with hostages and the interior of a crisis management car, from where the police communicate with the mysterious attacker and try, like him, to play for time and find out more about him. The flashbacks also tell the story of the attacker's daughter Karin from the recent past, gradually revealing a connection with what is happening in the current storyline.

Sara has come to terms with her position as a detached observer of other people's lives. She is fascinated when she meets the gallant, graceful, and soft-faced Martin. This fairy tale, full of humor and suspense, begins in a small town where preparations are underway for a theatrical performance. The play tells a local legend about enormous riches hidden deep underground. Many long to find them, but those who set out in search of them never return. The play features two sisters, Kačenka and Barborka, as well as Jakub, a musician and Barborka's jealous boyfriend. The theme of the play also attracts the miserly lord of the castle, Bořivoj Hájek z Hájku, who arrives with his brother Ignác, an eccentric inventor and researcher. And somewhere underground, near the real treasure, sit his three ghostly guards, passing the time by inventing all sorts of pastimes, which the Lord of the Underground does not enjoy at all. His patience will run out the moment the bored guards interfere with human destinies, because of a bet on how the love between Jakub and Barbora will turn out.

Patients flock to the newly opened "slimming" sanatorium with the aim of losing weight. And although each of them has a different reason for doing so, they are all now undergoing the most bizarre procedures and exercises under the supervision of an ascetic head physician, all without food, alcohol, or sex. For most of them, this makes their stay at the sanatorium a nightmare. Jedlík's characters are romantic and foolish, funny and touching, and none of them lack a sense of humor. They are all guided by love, for people, things, work, and, of course, food, and each of them ultimately finds it.

In 1951, the well-known Czech actress Jiřina Štěpničková receives a letter from Austria from director František Čáp, who has recently emigrated. He invites her to the West and promises her roles in theater and film. She decides to seize the opportunity and flee. Smoke was the Czech Rolling Stones. However, under unclear circumstances, they broke up in 1972, and each of the four former musicians came to terms with their fate as retired rockers in their own way. Each of them now has their own life and their own story. And their motives for reviving the band Smoke are also different—money, a desire for lost fame, a desire to help a friend, or to really let loose one more time. Their worlds collide and they begin to enjoy music, friendship, and life on and off stage. Not only the band members, but everyone around them is in for a lot of fun and often very surprising and comical situations. And finally, one big mystery is solved - why the band broke up in the first place.

A detective micro-story, which is a study of a young policeman who, despite being overlooked by his colleagues, embarks on a new similar case of an abused girl, and thus uncovers a case that was originally closed... The young director Igor Savičevič is a recent graduate of the FAMO in Písek. The script for his film Behind the Cross was created in close pedagogical cooperation with the school and the dramaturgy of the Czech Television - but also essential was the cooperation and consultation with the Czech police, who drew the author's attention to the important way of constructing interrogations of the accused and the methods of conducting the interrogation - from a simple detective story of a kidnapping it became an interesting picture of the investigation process.
