Comedy in which Charles retaliates when Louise breaks off their engagement. Louise breaks off her engagement to Charles. Out of revenge, Charles and his friends turn Kees the milkman into a Scottish lord, who is meant to make a big impression at the ball. He dances very rudely with Louise, and out of nervousness admits that he is only a milkman. Charles responds angrily, and pretends that this was a joke that his friends had arranged; he then tries to hit Kees and his friends. Louise stops him, and they kiss, once again in love.

A Wolf Among Lambs (1913)
Don Fernando, smitten with Giulia, a Spanish dancer, persuades the young and innocent girl to run away with him. Valeska, the sister, finds a note on the table the following morning, telling her that Giulia has gone, never to return. Months later, however, Giulia returns to her home, having been deserted by her unfaithful lover. Giulia enters the convent. The sister meets Don Fernando some time later. He tries to influence the girl to marry him. Don Fernando's life is saved by Sister Valencia, who interferes just as Valeska is about to stab the villain. Valeska is later thrown into a dungeon by Fernando, who declares he will '"have her." The pretty Spanish girl does not stay in her prison long. Sister Valencia, discovering Valeska's whereabouts, gets her out of her prison in a clever way. Valeska then enters the convent, where her sister is overjoyed at the happy meeting, and ending.

Doris Parker, the daughter of an American Marine Officer, becomes Harry Townsend's pen pal. Harry is a young American soldier with no family who has gone to fight in France. As they exchange letters, Doris falls for Harry, despite advances made by Jack Tims, a captain of the Royal Navy training with the American Marines. On the front in France, Harry's face is wounded. Overwhelmed by the news, Doris asks Jack Tims to take Harry onboard a ship he is taking to France. During the voyage, Jack foils an attack from an enemy submarine but is wounded in the battle and dies.

Tarnished Reputations (1920)
While visiting a small village, popular young artist Robert Williams meets innocent country girl Helen Sanderson and, enchanted by her beauty, induces the girl to pose for him. An attraction develops between them, but just as the portrait is completed, Robert is called back to the city. Helen fails to hear from him again and Robert's neglect draws her to the city, where she is sent to a reformatory on a false charge. Once released, she begs Judge Princeton for help and, feeling sorry for the unfortunate girl, he introduces her to playwright George Wendbourg, who adopts Helen and makes her a great actress. Seeing Helen on stage reawakens Robert's love for her and he begs her for forgiveness. After initially snubbing him, Helen relents and the two finally are reunited.

Mr. Dippy and his daughter Ruth are both very fond of the water and spend a good deal of time at the beach. Ruth meets and falls in love with the handsome lifesaver, and he falls an easy victim of her charms. Father Dippy also succumbs to cupid's arrow and becomes madly infatuated with Miss Fascination. When father sees Ruth and the life-saver together he flies into a rage and takes her home. A day or two later Mr. Dippy and Ruth are again at the beach. Mr. Dippy sees Miss Fascination and she takes him canoeing. The canoe is overturned and Mr. Dippy, who is unable to swim, calls for help. Mr. Life Guard and Ruth go to his assistance. He gets in wrong with everybody but Edith's father, who discovers that "Wilson," their former butler, is young Mr. Fuller, one of the richest bachelors in town. Dangerous Money (1924)
Boardinghouse servant Adele Clark is unexpectedly awarded the ownership of a certain piece of New York City property known as Clark's Field. The trustees send her to a finishing school, whose headmistress, Signorina Vitale, persuades Adele and her sweetheart, Tim Sullivan, that she should travel in Europe. Adele's new riches cause her to lose her sense of proportion, and she soon is involved with a fast set indulging in the jazz life. Even Tim cannot curb Adele's extravagance, and he returns to America while Adele marries Italian fortune-hunter Prince Arnolfo Da Pescia. When a will is discovered naming Tim as the rightful heir to Clark's Field, Adele and Arnolfo hurry to New York, and Arnolfo tries to steal the will, then dies in a hotel fire.
