A night at the State Department. Three housekeepers talk about their lives, lovers and break-ups while they work, and have a sure-fire recipe for cleaning up today's messy world. A comedy about normal people trying to make sense of the chaos of the present without going crazy. Mrs Judit is said to come from a former noble family, and by cleaning up she wants to maintain not only her own dignity but also the class of this country. Darina dreams of a lover from England who will propose to her, only somehow she doesn't have the time yet, and the youngest Monika has come to the Ministry to clean for the first time. Gradually, her secret and the real reason why she is here emerge.

In his feature debut, Dneska přišel nový kluk (A New Boy Started Today) from 1981, the director Vladimír Drha set the tone for a number of Czech films, which critically depicted the state of society from the perspective of young protagonists. Although, Drha primarily found scope for his work in television, he returned to the world of a “working youth” in his second film Mezek (The Mulish Victor, 1985) – albeit following him from the point of view of an educator. This blue rose will tell you what my heart has known for a long time... Slovak production of the famous operetta by Gejza Dusík and Pavel Braxatoris. Marseille. Engineer Lenoir futilely fends off journalists interested in his latest invention. It is not yet finished, but already foreign countries are interested in it, and even foreign secret services are getting their teeth into it. But Lenoir needs to finish his "death pill" in peace. So he hires the police to protect him. He plans to finish the job on the cruise yacht of a Kanuche factory worker, which the police prefect himself recommends as the perfect disguise. But the true purpose of the engineer's "trip" is overheard by a sensationalist reporter, Philippe Plafeau, who sneaks onto the boat disguised as a lifeguard. But he's not the only one. The other lifeguards are actually undercover police officers. Lenoir's new butler is also not who he says he is, nor is the suitor of Lenoir's daughter, Count Dubois...
