Cohaze Coffee has been a popular fixture of Tokyo’s trendy Shimokitazawa neighbourhood for 18 years but it will move to a new location in a month’s time. This has set the tongues wagging of the regular customers who sit and debate the situation while the madcap staff and lackadaisical manager go about their daily business as they count down the days.
