The Dawn at Solferino (2010)
Henri Dunant, a traveler who is on his way from Geneva, Switzerland, to Paris, happens to pass through this battlefield in Solferino. He is greatly shocked when setting his eyes on this graphic scene that tells the tragedy of war. As he stands watching dumbfounded, an injured Austrian soldier clings to his feet, begging for some water. Dunant has heard about a nearby church serving as an emergency field hospital. So he races there in a bid to save the life of the still-breathing solider.

A strange kinship grows between the two as they find that they both are attracted to the same woman. They decide to fairly compete to win Sharon's heart.

He feels oppressed by the idea of getting married merely to fulfill his father's will. His friend tells George to go easy, advising him that marriage is one thing and love another. He then leads George to a revue theater he knows well. George, who gets drunk at the theater, remembers his father's advice in the will: Go to church when in distress. He heads for a church. However, on the way to the church, he falls down. At the moment he thinks in fading consciousness that he is freezing to death, he sees an angel.
