Neerbhukhi, a peaceful demoness, wants nothing more than to be one of the humans. However, the villagers will not accept her because they believe she is responsible for a severe water shortage. Following a traumatic incident with the humans, the demoness hides in a dried-up well and bursts into tears. Her tears pour forth in a raging torrent and flood the well.
