Morris Mishkin is a elderly religious Jew in New York. His wife Fanny is very ill. He's a tailor, but he can't work because his back has given out. It takes place in a distant corner of the sado-masochistic world that exists far beyond mere fetishes and role-playing. In this world, sex is extreme, often violent, and people sometimes die.
