Three friends, actresses from Colombia, Venezuela and Cuba, first met while acting in a soap opera. Years later, they meet again for vacation in a farm in eastern Colombia. Sitting around a bonfire and thanks to the arrival of an unknown cowhand, they begin to tell frightening stories.

In June 1946 the writer Camilo José Cela toured Alcarria on foot. The book “Viaje a la Alcarria” was published from his journeys through that region. 70 years later, a traveler follows the same itinerary that Cela outlined in his novel.
