There are a small number of people for whom imagery and symbolism alone are sufficient reason to watch an otherwise difficult film such as this one. In the story, a boy, a woman and a cow seem to be the only survivors of a global catastrophe, except for whoever is following them threateningly in a tank.

“Where is the human soul? Is it in the heart? In the brain? Or maybe elsewhere?”, wonders an old doctor who has spent his life working at a psychiatric hospital in the Siberian countryside. The place, which was inaccessible for film crews, can be shown thanks to its residents, some of whom spent several decades at the hospital. This discreet and, at the same time, insightful observation of the patients’ daily lives transforms into meditation on the human nature, which is not entirely penetrable.

In the early days of the September 12 military coup, five-year-old Metin waits for his mother, singing to himself as he looks out the window. But his mother, Ayten, has been arrested and sent to prison. Since the child is alone at home, they take him to his mother in her cell, but despite all her jokes and games, Metin is aware of what is happening. The next day, Metin's grandfather Hüseyin Efe, who lives on Bozcaada, comes to take him, and Metin's days of freedom on the island begin. His friends exclude him because of the "communist" label his mother has been given. Yet Metin cannot even properly say the word "communist." Metin, affected by the exclusion, has another concern: his father’s photo is also on the “Wanted” posters hanging all over the island.

They are the keepers of silver secret that enables them to protect, heal and revive those who deserve and therefore, they are capable of changing the course of the history. He tricks Aleksa to led him to them, but fortunately, Aleksa see through his plan. But, is it too late? Lisa (Xenia Kalogeropoulou) runs away from her father at the Athens airport because she does not want to marry a rich man from Paris whom her father has chosen for her. She hitchhikes to the city, where she meets Giorgos (Kostas Kakkavas) a handsome driver. Then, she runs away from him as well and tries to find her mother’s brother (Iordanis), whom she has never seen before. Her father publishes her photo in the newspapers and offers a reward of one hundred thousand drachmas to anyone who finds her. Lisa is now afraid that everyone can identify her, and so, in order to hide, she mingles with a group of tourists. However, she is unaware that her uncle is their guide. Giorgos has followed her in order to find out the reason she left him so suddenly, takes her in his car one more time, and they spend the night together.
