Greatest Years of Rallying 1970s (1996)
The 1970s were a golden age in the world of international rally, it was just before the monsters of Group B would arrive and the cars being raced were far closer to their road-going counterparts. The heroes of the age include icons like the Ford Escort, the Porsche 911, the Datsun 240Z, the Alpine A110, the Lancia Stratos, and many, many more. This documentary covers the highlights of the decade from 1970 to 1979, the footage alone makes it worth watching, with remarkable aerial shots we’ve never seen before. The simplicity of top flight rally during this period is almost enviable – with fans often lining the stages standing on the wrong side of blind corners, seemingly trusting the drivers more than they probably should have.

MotoGP 2018 Review (2018)
The 2018 MotoGP Championship was the 70th season of premier class road racing, and in terms of drama and excitement it was easily the equal of any that had gone before. With Ducati resurgent, Yamaha suffering an unfortunate run of bad luck, Suzuki becoming regular podium contenders, Aprilia and KTM still building momentum, Honda came into the season as favourites but they wouldn’t have a clear run. Andrea Dovizioso put up a strong performance on the Ducati fulfilling the potential many knew lay in the combination. Alex Rins and Andrea Iannone started to find podium finishing form but were plagued by inconsistency. Marc Marquez once more proved to the World just what a formidable force he and the Honda team represent, and when Maverick Vinales finally broke Yamaha’s 25 race curse in Australia it was too little too late.

MotoGP 2014 Review (2014)
Get on board for the high octane excitement of the 2014 MotoGP season. Marc Marquez stamped his authority all over the opening rounds as he won ten races on the trot, six of them from pole! It was great to see Valentino Rossi pulling out all the stops to be on the podium on a regular basis, with two wins in the second half of the season to give him his best season since 2010. Cal Crutchlow, Bradley Smith and Scott Redding even gave the Brits something to cheer about on occasion, including a first MotoGP podium for Bradley. There's so much going on in a MotoGP season these days it's hard for the editors to decide what to leave in, let alone cut out. Dorna's guys and girls have done a great job on this review though.
