They run the little hero through all the standard ghost tests and, while he is shaken, he still will not admit to being scared.

As night falls, the metal-rooster on the weather vane comes to life and, winging his way to an old mill, rouses a scarecrow and a swarm of bug en-route. Soon, the creatures of the night gather in an improvised auditorium in the old mill, and the place is soon rocking and rolling with the singing and dancing provided by the night-crawling nightclub crowd. The festivities cease when dawn breaks and the creatures and things that stir in the night become quiet again.

Many sight gags find their way into this story of Mighty Mouse coming to the rescue of a fair maiden. Oil Can Harry is determined to marry Pearl Pureheart. Mighty Mouse can't stop him because he is tied in front of a big cannon. Pearl manages to escape from Oil Can Harry, singing opera all the while. This cartoon is played like a chapter from a cliffhanger serial, with lots of action and suspense (and singing).

Inspired by an infamous online video clip of a son beating his mother, a television crew from Belgrade comes to a remote Serbian village to shoot a report on violence against women. Inquiring with the locals about the protagonists of the video, they encounter a local expert on supernatural phenomena and learn about a ritual of summoning an ancient demon, naprata. Wanting to capture the first authentic footage of something otherworldly, they change their plans. Excited by the prospective success of the recording, they defy the old saying that "it's better to believe than to be convinced."
