A vigilante homeless man pulls into a new city and finds himself trapped in urban chaos, a city where crime rules and where the city's crime boss reigns. Seeing an urban landscape filled with armed robbers, corrupt cops, abused prostitutes and even a pedophile Santa, the Hobo goes about bringing justice to the city the best way he knows how - with a 20-gauge shotgun. Mayhem ensues when he tries to make things better for the future generation. Street justice will indeed prevail.

After the attempted theft of his daughter's husband's car, LAPD Captain Gibbs declares war on master car thief Maindrian Pace, whose insurance investigation company provides the perfect front. A South American drug lord pays Pace and his team to steal 48 cars for him, so they set out on the job while the police frantically try to track him down. Their efforts pay off when Pace's boss double-crosses him and tips them off on his next job. Police pursue Pace in "Eleanor", the last of the cars needed to fulfill their contract, through southern California as he tries to get away.

The Mischief Crew is invited to compete in the Joy Ride Rally, a high-end rally, similar to the famous Gumball 3000. 70 exotics travel from sunny Santa Monica, CA to party city New Orleans, LA. The Mischief Crew competes with their rally-battered Porsche 996 and Lamborghini Murcielago. With exotics reaching speeds of up to 200mph on public highways, police are put on full alert across the country and some participants pay the price for ignoring the posted speed limits. By the rally's end, only one car will make it to the finish line. Who will it be? In Florida they covered Palm Beach Supercar Weekend, and the Cavallino Classic Concorso d'Eleganza. In Michigan they document the world's largest one-day car event, the Woodward Dream Cruise, and Dado competes at Speedrift Detroit in his infamous turbo M3. Out West, the Crew captures the aftermarket industries hottest rides leaving the Sema show in Las Vegas and captures more than a dozen Ferrari FXXs racing on a track in San Francisco.
