The Pupil (2010)

A series about the legal profession in Singapore , The Pupil will give us a sneak peek into the world of lawyers and the cases they take on , cases with outcome that not only change the lives of the ordinary Singaporeans they defend , but also their own . The story revolves around Wendy Lim (Rebecca Lim) , a young and idealistic Malaysian who arrives in Singapore to begin her apprenticeship at a local law firm under the tutelage of Dennis Tang (Adrian Pang) . She is , however , unprepared for the journey ahead of her; not only does she has to contend with the politics within the firm but in the course of performing her duties , uncovers a dangerous plot that may eventually threaten her own life…
