"Kvarteret Skatan" was a Swedish comedy-series depicting a few characters living in a fictional block called Skatan (the magpie) in an unnamed suburb of Stockholm. Here we meet characters such as Paul and Tord, Horny Gun, Gert and the talibans Conny and Britt. It was aired between the years 2003 and 2006.

While their apartment is being renovated Ulf and Christina move in with Frida and Magnus who are trying to rekindle their sex life by role playing. Meanwhile, Jenny dates a ninth-grader.

Magnus and Frida are having a New Years Eve dinner. Ulf, who is supposed to bring fireworks, brings a bomb called Oklahoma City. Frida faints and wakes up in 1943. Jenny dates Robert Wells. Magnus, who is buying booze for the evening, gets thrown out of the cab for saying champagne is originally from France, not Russia.
