People with a passion for food, film, music and photography are given the chance of a lifetime, as chef Gizzi Erskine, actor Idris Elba, singer Paloma Faith and fashion photographer Rankin begin a search for undiscovered talent. After poring over hundreds of applications, the mentors choose the lucky wannabes to whom they will offer one-on-one mentoring, sharing their time, contacts and industry secrets in the hope they can make it in their chosen areas.
