Anna is a sympathetic girl, a caring mother and a talented teacher. But suddenly everything that was dear to her in life disappears. She is fired from the institute, despite the fact that quite recently she was considered one of the best teachers. Her ex-husband, an alcoholic Kolya, accidentally sets fire to the apartment in which she lived with her mother Polina Evgenievna and daughter Dasha.
