S1E1 - Episode 1

The lone rangers of the road – Birmingham's paramedic bikers and Essex police biker cops - race through some of the most congested roads and cities in Europe, in a bid to save and protect lives. In the opening episode, the bikers rush to help an 11-yearold who has been hit by a car, and uncover a cannabis haul. Elsewhere, officers deal with the effects of an addict’s heroin overdose, and discover a driver’s potentially lethal weapon.

In Birmingham, the biker paramedics are on the frontline as Steve Harris deals with the aftermath of football violence. Mark Hayes has to take drastic action to free a girl from her car, and Barry Rudge is called to a body on a canal towpath. In Essex, a routine check reveals something unexpected for the biker cops, one driver's weekend trip to England turn sours, and PC Steve 'Stomp' Allum is on the case of speeders.
