Lola Upside Down (2016)
A small costal town welcomes “those who want to die” and shelters a quirky community, including cheerleaders and poets. This Finnish equivalent of Twin Peaks is a surreal collage, where coming-of-age and patriarchy are subverted with acidic colours and irony.
