Twelve people who have struggled with weight for their entire lives compete to lose the excuses, lose the fear and, ultimately, lose the most weight. For the winner, there's a cash price, but for all the contestants there’s the chance of a long-term, healthy lifestyle in this new and updated version of the hit format. The contestants will face a series of tough challenges - physical, mental and emotional - that will change the way they eat, think and move.
