With biker boots, heavy metal sound and skulls on their T-shirts, Stefan Marquard and his cookery pirates are rocking the German catering scene! The star chef and his weird kitchen crew, the “Jolly Roger Cooking Gang”, turn every order into a real show. Instead of “off the shelf” appetizers, the aisle serves sausage salad from the concrete mixer, fish fresh from the dishwasher, fillet of beef cooked with a hot air dryer and a hearty, bright green currywurst sauce from the chocolate fountain.
