Caravaning & Cooking: Brian on a Big Tour (2019)

The Danish jack-of-all-trades Brian Bojsen owns a restaurant in Hamburg and offers cuisine for different tastes. As a photographer, cook and former professional surfer, he is always driven abroad in search of a very special recipe, which is why he often goes to different places all over Europe. He meets people who share his passion for food and cooking, but who also know how to honor the ingredients. On this tour, Brian is traveling with his own mobile home, because only here does he always have his own kitchen with him - and at the end he invites his new friends over to his table.
