A little puppy is looking for a bowl of water, and when he finds it and drinks it, the sun sucks it out of the sky. The puppy asks other animals if they know anything about it. When the lark tells him that she has sunshine. The puppy takes off with a balloon to the sun, but the balloon pierces him and the puppy falls down. Then the sun returns the water in the form of rain and the puppy just happily bites.
