The action of the series takes place in Almaty and the surrounding area of the city. Criminals of all stripes often hide in the huge human flow, and some of them are convinced that their atrocities will go unpunished. As a rule, these are the most sophisticated in methods, dodgy criminals, whose cases are shelved under the heading “unsolvable". But it is from this shelf that the cases of the Special Purpose Police Department are taken out.
