Steal (2026)

A typical day at Lochmill Capital is upended when armed thieves burst in and force Zara and her best friend Luke to execute their demands. In the aftermath, conflicted detective Rhys races against time to find out who stole £4 billion pounds of people's pensions and why.

From Page to Screen: "Steal" marks the screenwriting debut of Sotiris Nikias, a crime novelist known for his "City Blues Quartet" book series, which he wrote under the pseudonym Ray Celestin.
Director's Return: Sam Miller, who directed several episodes of "Steal," also directed episodes of the acclaimed series "I May Destroy You" and served as an executive producer for "Steal".
London Calling: "Steal" was primarily filmed in London, England, giving the series an authentic British feel. One location featured in the trailer is Beck Road in Hackney, known for its Victorian homes and artistic community.
Heist with a Twist: Sophie Turner and Archie Madekwe revealed that "Steal" flips the heist genre by focusing on the aftermath and the "butterfly effect" on the lives of those involved, rather than just the heist itself.
