Sharkat's family from the previous episode ask for Cosmo's help to solve problems they could solve themselves.

Cosmo has a bumpy landing on Planet Frost and is thrown out of the Ship. During the fall, he loses his jetpack and falls into a dark hole.
S1E13 - Twelve Twelve
Twelve Twelve manipulates Cosmo by saying the boy will not accept giving the help he needs.
