Twenty Good Years is a short-lived American sitcom created by Michael J. Leeson and Marsh McCall, and starring John Lithgow and Jeffrey Tambor as mismatched friends—impulsive surgeon John Mason and widower judge Jeffrey Pyne—who decide to live life to the fullest after realizing they only have 'twenty good years' left. Thirteen episodes were produced, with an NBC premiere of October 11, 2006; however, due to low ratings, it was canceled after only four episodes and replaced by a block of specials. The unaired episodes have never been released, and only the pilot can be found online.

When John’s ex-wife Kate announces her new engagement, John is ecstatic because he won’t be paying alimony anymore. However, Jeffrey suspects that Kate’s fiancé is gay after admitting that he’s ‘living a lie’.
S1E12 - Come Fly with Me
Jeffrey finds the woman that he wants to spend the rest of his life with and, as always, John’s not happy about it. Feeling rejected, John goes to Las Vegas and returns the next day with a new wife, a Korean blackjack dealer.
S1E13 - John's Old Lady
Jeffrey notices that John’s constant bickering with their attractive middle-aged neighbor is just thinly-veiled flirtation. Meanwhile, a sexy law student flirts with Jeffrey; however, they don't have much in common.
