Self-proclaimed 'extra' in every way, Jaz and Nesha are each other's ride-or-die and co-conspirators in laughter, snacks and survival. But when Jaz' doctor gives her the shocking news that her life is at risk if she doesn't lose weight soon, the duo realizes that it's time to turn over a new leaf and kickstart their wellness journey. Jaz doesn't want to leave her daughter without a mother, so she commits to losing almost 200 lbs. Nesha, still not sold on surgery, isn't quite ready to jump on board.
