Grundy (1980)

Comedy series starring Harry H. Corbett as Grundy, a recently divorced puritanical newsagent who hates the notion of a 'permissive society' and rallies against it. He strikes up a friendship with Beryl Loomis (Lynda Baron) whose husband actually ran off with Grundy's wife.
