Miman Keisatsu: Midnight Runner (2020)

Honma Kai is a serious and honest bespectacled intellectual who is undergoing training at the Police Academy. Although he seems like an indifferent person, he is actually very caring and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He was born with an exceptional memory, and with the analytical capabilities he is learning at the Academy, he is on his way to becoming a good Criminal Profiler. On the other hand, Ichinose Jiro is the physical type, easily ruled by his emotions. A tough guy who is skilled in the Martial Arts, and though he thinks and talks in a convoluted way, he never lies and is always the first person to offer help to anyone who needs it. Two people with such opposite personalities are unwittingly caught up in various cases and in the process of resolving them, they become the best of partners.
