Anatoly Savchuk, a doctor has a complex fate. He left his job in occupational medicine, settled in the village and became known in the district as a chiropractor, raising the hopeless cases. In the first episode Savchuk by coincidence puts on his feet the son of Moscow businessman, owner of the commercial clinics. As a token of gratitude, a businessman who saw an outstanding specialist in the Savchuk, invited him to head the department of their hospital.
