The theme for the program is 'Organized to do God's will', lead by Br. Anthony Morris III. He reviews organizational points highlighted in the Organized to do Jehovah's Will book. The dramatization analysis how to train young brothers for increased responsibilities in the congregation. We then get an in depth look at the Audio/Video Services or AVS department and the RVTs (Regional Video Team) from around the globe are organized to bring spiritual food through videos.

We then follow the autobiography of the first circuit overseer for the whole of Congo. This paves the way for the theme talk: 'The Privilege and Blessing of Being God's Fellow Worker' by Br. Harold Corkern.
