The restaurants that will be joining in this alley is the Chuncheon-style dakgalbi restaurant, meat noodle restaurant, and mother-and-daughter snack house.

Baek Jong-won calls the owner of the Chuncheon dakgalbi restaurant back without even first tasting the dish. The meat noodle restaurant gets it's first evaluation. Mother and daughter restaurant decides to change their menu to only kimbab, and comes up with five unique kimbabs for Baek Jong-won and the Sparrows to try.
