Magpakailanman is a weekly anthology of inspiring stories of the GMA Network. Magpakailanman features the life experiences of famous personalities and ordinary people who loved and lost on their way to success. The show is hosted by broadcaster Mel Tiangco. The first incarnation of the show aired its last original episode on December 27, 2007 and was replaced by the E.S.P. TV series. While the succeeding show was then still under production, reruns of Magpakailanman were aired until January 31, 2008. Reruns of Magpakailanman were aired on GMA Life TV. On its 10th anniversary, Magpakailanman will return to the Philippine television, starting November 17, 2012. Mel Tiangco will also return as the host/narrator.

Legacy is Filipino drama series created by Dode Cruz, written by Denoy Navarro-Punio, under the directions of Jay Altarejos and Andoy Ranay, and produced and aired by GMA Network. The series premiered on January 16, 2012, replacing the epic series Amaya on GMA Telebabad block and January 18, 2012 worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV. The series features a star-studded cast headed by actresses Heart Evangelista, Lovi Poe and Alessandra de Rossi as the major characters of the story. With them are Sid Lucero, Geoff Eigenmann and Mike Tan as the leading men. This series is set mostly on the fictional beauty company called Legacy Corporation where the three main characters are vying to be the sole heiress of the said company. Also big part of the series are veteran actors Eddie Garcia who plays the role of Don Romualdo Alcantara, the patriarch, founder and president of the Legacy Corporation; and Cherie Gil as the main antagonist. The series concluded on June 1, 2012. It ran for 20 weeks, with 98 episodes all in all. It replaced by Makapiling Kang Muli on its timeslot.

This is a revival of a Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion movie from the mid 80's. Trudis Liit is a Philippine drama produced by GMA Network, and part of that station's Sine Novela series. Trudis Liit marks the 21st and final installment of the Sine Novela series based on the works by Mars Ravelo. Like all Sine Novela installments, Trudis Liit is based on a movie; this one made in 1963, starring Lolita Rodriguez, Luis Gonzales, Bella Flores and Vilma Santos. It was also remade in 1996 starring Marijoy Adorable, Agatha Tapan, Julio Diaz, Amy Austria, Jean Garcia and Jackie Aquino. The series premiered June 21, 2010 and ended October 22, 2010. Maging Akin Ka Lamang or Till You Are Mine is a Philippine drama aired on GMA Network. This was the sixth installment of Sine Novela. The original movie was released in 1987. It was aired worldwide on GMA Life TV. The original movie, directed by the legendary director Lino Brocka, had four nominations and gave Lorna Tolentino another acting award for her role as Rosita Monteverde. For the remake, GMA writers wanted the series to be fit for TV: They extended the storyline by adding new elements that were never seen in the original movie and also added characters to make the story more meaningful. They agreed with VIVA Films that they will retain the original elements of the movie. Katrina Halili was the personal choice of Lorna Tolentino to reprise the latter's movie role as Rosita in the series. Due to Jennylyn Mercados pregnancy, she and boyfriend Patrick Garcia decided to drop out of the cast. Nadine Samonte and Polo Ravales were chosen as their replacement.

MariMar is a Filipino drama series previously being broadcast in GMA Network, starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes. Though a remake-adaptation of a Mexican telenovela the setting and some of the storylines were altered. Directed by Joyce E. Bernal and Mac Alejandre, the series premiered on August 13, 2007 and ended on March 14, 2008. It was aired internationally with a one week delay on GMA Pinoy TV, which became a huge success to Filipino viewers abroad. The series also aired in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Uganda and in the United States And on Fil-Am Digital TV Network.
