The main character is the star of a popular TV series about doctors, actor Yegor Rumyantsev. Having achieved great success, he becomes an egoist and does not notice the feelings and experiences of those around him: he does not come to the shooting, leads a promiscuous sex life and deceives people. One day, Egor finds out that he has HIV. Rumyantsev's brother Lev is a mediocre and unlucky actor who runs a program about useful handicrafts on the cable channel "Ant-TV". Leo has a pregnant wife with two young daughters. He has no prospects for making money and moving up the career ladder until he gets a chance to replace his brother Yegor in the series.

In the center of the plot is a senior investigator named Masha Shvetsova and her male colleagues. The plot is the most vital, but, like in “Streets of Broken Lanterns,” it is seasoned with a fair amount of humor - otherwise, how can the audience (and the heroes) endure countless morgues, identifications and other “cute” charms of the investigative routine?

The story is about Nikita Kryukov, a hockey player known in the recent past, who chose the path of a hockey agent as a continuation of his career. Still remaining a maximalist and believing that everything can be fair, Kryukov is trying to build his career in the agency business. Nikita helps and protects his clients in every possible way, solving the most unexpected, sometimes unrelated hockey issues. However, by helping others, Kryukov is left alone with the problems of his personal life, which are much more difficult to solve.
