Many people die as old-fashioned tenement Wai Lei Building abruptly collapses. Engineer Sze Kwong has conducted a survey of the building. Full-time mother Hong Nga-yau and her husband Yau Tsoi-shan have a two-year-old daughter called Yau Yat-tung.
