February 1934. The passage of the Northern Sea Route in one navigation was an ambitious goal and was of great importance for the USSR. Many considered this venture to be a hopeless and risky venture. The young and daring polar explorers, led by Otto Schmidt, sincerely believed that they would be able to complete the task on the Chelyuskin steamer. But great ideas turned into a great tragedy — the ship was trapped by ice and sank. Now, in the harsh Arctic conditions, the Chelyuskinites have to fight for their lives every minute.

Sergey «Fidget» Yevdokimov returns home after serving 8 years in prison. Here, he has an autistic brother, an alcoholic mother, an ex-wife with a kid, and double crossing friends. While in prison, Sergey was a UFC fighter, but he wants to start over. His father returns at the same time, while actually fleeing from prosecution. Aleksandr «Doc» Yevdokimov is a former UFC champion who’s now a fitness instructor. Doc enters the world of UFC again to win and make money, but this time, with the help of his prot?g?s. He brings his mistress Vera along. Sergey has no desire to patch things up with his father and especially with his lover, but Doc convinces him to join the team and participate in underground fights.

Alexander Maximov is a brilliant psychologist and the best negotiator in Russia. But even an ideal, it would seem, employee makes mistakes. In the past, while negotiating with the terrorists who had taken over the school, Maximov suffers a defeat when his daughter is killed. Unable to look his wife and son in the eyes, Alexander leaves the family. Years later the hero again faces the perpetrator of that tragedy - it turns out that during an explosion at that school the intruder did not die and now throws Maksimov a new challenge.
