Rena and Maki specialize in firearms, Tohka and Gumi excel at sniping, Chris handles explosives and data processing, and Murasaki is a skilled ninja for intelligence operations. Together, they take on cases too complex for the police or Self-Defense Forces, repeatedly facing dangerous missions. This is the story of these young girls, painted in blood and gunpowder.

The story centers on a pair of step-siblings. When Kōta's father gets remarried, Kōta's first impression of his new step-sister Aika is that she is beautiful, but that image is shattered pretty quickly. His new step-sister is a super sassy and foul-mouthed gyaru who behaves uncontrollably while their parents are away, making Kōta's life a living hell. However, their relationship begins to change when Aika gradually warms up to Kōta's caring older-brother nature.

The main characters of this story are eight high school boys who are in the so-called "Yarogumi", the only class which has only boys. Of course, there is no opportunity to interact with girls and the group has lost the ability to talk to them so, in order to get a girlfriend, the eight work hard to overcome their "illness", even though they always end up failing.
