Live from Studio Five was an early-evening British magazine programme which was produced by Sky News for Channel 5. It was presented by Kate Walsh and a line-up of other co-presenters during its run. It consisted of interviews and discussing topical issues, with an emphasis on showbusiness news and celebrity gossip, after originally covering stories from a popular news agenda. It aired its final edition on 4 February 2011 and was replaced by OK! TV in February 2011 which lasted just nine months on air before itself being axed.

Sky Midnight News is a live news show that airs every day at 12:00am–12:30am on Sky News and on Sky News HD in the UK. It features a round-up of the news stories & a look ahead to the morning news. It is the only programme of its type in its time slot in the UK. It is regularly presented by a number of presenters with no set pattern.

5 News is the news programme of British broadcaster Channel 5 produced by ITN from Channel 5's parent company Northern & Shell head office on Lower Thames Street in the City of London. From 1 January 2005, Sky News was awarded the contract to provide the news for Channel 5, replacing ITN, which had provided the channel's news service from the channel's launch in 1997. On 14 February 2011, the service was rebranded back to its original name, 5 News, having been called Five News from 2002 until 2011. On 20 February 2012 the contract returned to original provider ITN. The ITV press centre announced on 2 September 2011 that David Kermode, at-the-time editor, would leave 5 News in order to take up an editorial spot on Daybreak. He was replaced by Geoff Hill.

OK! TV is an early evening magazine programme, broadcast on Channel 5 as a brand extension of celebrity title OK! Magazine. It replaced the former magazine and discussion show Live from Studio Five on 14 February 2011, and was presented by Kate Walsh and Matt Johnson, both of whom later left the programme. Jeff Brazier and Jenny Frost replaced Walsh and Johnson in August 2011 and presented the show until its cancellation. The show was made by the 5 News team and produced by Sky News for Channel 5. On 8 November 2011, it was announced that the show has been cancelled by Channel 5. The show aired its final edition on 16 December after ten months on air due to the contract for 5 News returning to ITN.

The Live Desk was a news programme which started broadcasting on Sky News in the United Kingdom from 8 September 2008. Originally, The Live Desk aired twice at 9am and 1pm but from January 11, 2011 the Live Desk's 1pm edition was cancelled and subsequently only one edition was broadcast at 9 a.m., presented by Charlotte Hawkins with Gillian Joseph on Friday. The programme was replaced with a standard Sky News bulletin fronted by the same newscasters in later 2011.

Sky News at Seven is a weekend news programme on Sky News and Sky News HD in the United Kingdom. It runs from 7pm to 7.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. It is usually presented by Mark Longhurst. The programme is followed by Sportsline from 7:30 to 8:00pm. Sunrise is the breakfast time programme on Sky News between 6:00am and 9:00am on weekdays and 6:00am to 10:00am on weekends. It was first aired in February 1989. Since February 2007, the weekday episodes of the show have been called Sunrise with Eamonn Holmes, as Holmes now presents the show largely on his own, aided with news updates with Charlotte Hawkins. The editions broadcast from Friday to Sunday are branded Sunrise with Stephen Dixon.

Sky News At Nine and Sky News At Eleven are nightly news programmes broadcast on Sky News in the United Kingdom between 9pm and 10pm, and between 11pm and 12am. Its main newscaster is Anna Botting from Monday to Thursday, and Mark Longhurst from Friday to Sunday. Anna Jones, Samantha Simmonds. Lorna Dunkley and Jayne Secker act as relief presenters.

Sky News with Martin Stanford was a news programme on Sky News which ran between 8:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Friday between July 2006, and February 2007. As the name suggests, the show was usually fronted by Martin Stanford, however other presenters who stood in for Stanford included Colin Brazier and Martin Popplewell. The show started on 10 July 2006, after a change in the channel's line-up. It replaced World News Tonight and then an hour of Sky News. It was an interactive show which encouraged viewers to contribute by using webcams and 3G phones to send video messages, or by email or SMS to send in comments or join in debates about the day's main news stories. The format changed in the event of breaking news and the show had different graphics and strings to other Sky News shows. Following the cancellation of the show in February 2007, Stanford moved back to presenting Sky News Today, on weekday mornings from 9am-12pm, alongside Anna Jones. The show was replaced with News, Sport, and Weather, a show giving viewers fifteen minute news updates.

SkyNews.com, formerly Sky.com News, was a nightly television news programme broadcast from 7-7.30pm weekdays on Sky News in the United Kingdom. It was the first British news programme to be solely dedicated to Internet led news and was hosted by Martin Stanford. The show has now been cancelled, the last edition aired on 10 September 2010. The slot has been replaced with a one hour edition of Jeff Randall Live, which previously aired after SkyNews.com at 7.30pm.
