The story of two teenage girls who discover they were accidentally switched as newborns in the hospital. Bay Kennish grew up in a wealthy family with two parents and a brother, while Daphne Vasquez, who lost her hearing at an early age due to a case of meningitis, grew up with a single mother in a working-class neighborhood. Things come to a dramatic head when both families meet and struggle to learn how to live together for the sake of the girls.

This is the story of the two babies who were switched at birth. A few years later when one of the girls gets sick and tests revealed that she was not the daughter of the couple who raised her. Eventually she dies. And the couple most especially the mother, search for their real daughter. Eventually they suspect that it's a widower who has their child. Now while they try to find out if she is their daughter, the widower is advised by his attorney not to be so hasty to cooperate, cause if she is their daughter, he might lose her, and she is all he has.

A radio version of the series aired weekdays on DZMM 630 in the Philippines. The series is based on the Flordeluna radio drama of the 1970s written by Marcos Navarro Sacol. Flordeluna was first adapted for television by RPN-9 in the 1980s starring Janice de Belen in the title role. Maria Flordeluna tells the story of the title character, an 11-year-old girl, and her efforts in bringing her family together against all odds.

"Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap" or Through It All is a Philippine drama that aired on GMA Network we was aired on July 30, 2007 and ended November 9, 2007 under the wing of Sine Novela. This series was the third installment of Sine Novela. The original movie was released back in 1984 by Viva Films and stars Chrstopher De Leon, Hilda Coronel, Gloria Romero, Eddie Garcia, Michael De Mesa and Amy Austria. The series was aired internationally, with a two-week delay, from August 13, 2007 until November 23, 2007 on GMA Pinoy TV. From January 11, 2012 until March 26, 2012 GMA Life TV aired its English dubbed version, with the title "Through It All".
