Nightmare Cafe is a short-lived American telefantasy program which aired on NBC for an abridged first season from January to April 1992. While the overall tone of the program was that of a mystical fantasy, it frequently incorporated elements of dark humor, horror, and even outright comedy. A total of six episodes were produced before low ratings led to its cancellation. The series has subsequently been shown on the Sci Fi Channel as part of their Series Collection. The series began showing on NBC Universal's horror and suspense-themed cable channel, Chiller in March 2009.

In Zawame City, the Yggdrasil Corporation's roots are everywhere. To escape from the corporation's stifling presence, the dancing Beat Rider teams compete for street cred. But when Beat Riders start settling turf disputes using strange devices called Lockseeds, dimensional tears open across the city, unleashing the monstrous Inves. When ex-Beat Rider Kouta Kazuraba is caught up in an attack by a berserk Inves, he stumbles upon a high-tech device allowing him to transform into "Armored Rider Gaim" and defend his friends & the city. Bad news: Kouta's not the only Armored Rider in Zawame with something to prove, and soon a modern version of the Warring States era erupts between the masked warriors. Soon the Riders will learn this was never just a game...

Lidsville is Sid and Marty Krofft's third television show following H.R. Pufnstuf and The Bugaloos. As did its predecessors, the series combined two types of characters: conventional actors in makeup filmed alongside performers in full mascot costumes, whose voices were dubbed in post-production. Seventeen episodes aired on Saturday mornings for two seasons, 1971–1973. The opening was shot at Six Flags Over Texas.
