Fangface & Fangpuss
Fangface!! Every 400 years, a baby werewolf is born into the Fangsworth family, and so when the moon shined on little Sherman Fangsworth, he changed into.. Fangface the werewolf! Only the sun can change him back to normal. And so little Fangs grew up and teamed up with three daring teenagers: Kim, Biff and Puggsy, and together they find danger, excitement, and adventure! Who can save the day? Who can wrong the rights and right the wrongs? None other than Fangface!" Fangface & Fangpuss was the second season of the series, and it aired as part of The Plastic Man Comedy Adventure Show. Adding its own baby character to coincide with Plastic Man's Baby Plas, season two provided little more than a cosmetic change in the form of Baby Fangs/Fangpuss (whose character premiered at about the same time as Scrappy-Doo). The stories were the same style as the first season, but the episodes were shortened to no more than 15 minutes, leaving half the time of the first season for evil to be thwart

Penny Crayon (1989)
Artful Penny could indeed draw anything she wanted with her magic crayon and it would spring into life. A fantastically useful toy to have. Only her best friend friend Dennis knew her secret so the two had acres of fun winding up adults, nosey-parkers, bullies, bad guys, teachers and ne'er-do-wells with her creations, or solving problems for folk, or sketching their way out of tricky situations. Penny would scribble away, her arm becoming a blurr as she worked and then - hey presto! - her line drawing would leap off the drawing surface as a fully-formed 3D object.
