The Asset (2025)

A young agent goes undercover to befriend a drug smuggler's wife. But the closer she gets to her target, the more complicated her mission becomes.

Originally titled Legenden in Danish, The Asset explores themes of identity and loyalty under extreme pressure, as stated by Conceptual Director Samanou Acheche Sahlstrøm.
The series was filmed entirely in Denmark, primarily in Copenhagen, between August and December 2024. Keep an eye out for recognizable spots like Hammerichsgade (featured in a car chase), Nyhavn harbor, and Christiansborg Palace.
Clara Dessau, who plays the lead role of Tea Lind, was also in Baby Fever. Her character, Tea, is a police cadet who goes undercover as a jeweler named Sara to infiltrate a criminal organization.
The show's creators aimed to explore the mental state of secret agents who regularly have to go undercover with secret identities for missions.
One critic praised Maria Cordsen's performance as Ashley, noting it was particularly fantastic. Ashley is the wife of the crime boss and becomes both Tea's target and confidante.
